What personal data does KeepANumber collect?
An email address and a hashed password for your account, your orders and top-ups with their blockchain references, the SMS received by your rented numbers, and the site that sent you to us, without your IP address in our records. We ask for no ID document, no selfie and no address. Policy dated 18 October 2026.

What we do not collect
No ID document, no selfie, no proof of address and no phone number of your own. The public pages of this site set no advertising cookies. The visit source is kept in your own browser for up to 30 days and sent only with an order.
Who can see your data
You, through your account; our staff when needed to run the service or answer you; the providers that route SMS to the numbers, for the messages themselves; and authorities, when a valid legal request requires it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy or the deletion of your data at [email protected] from your account email. Records we must keep by law are kept for the required period.
