Quick answer
What are the most common questions about renting a number?
Price (from $8.50 for 7 days in the US, October 2026), how long you can keep a number (7, 30 or 90 days, renewable), whether an ID is needed (no), how to pay (crypto only, from $10), and what happens at the end of a rental (the number can be reassigned). Answers below.
Renting
What exactly do I rent?
The use of a phone number from the country you choose, for 7, 30 or 90 days. Every SMS sent to it during that time appears in your dashboard.
How much does it cost?
From $8.50 for 7 days and $13.50 for 30 days for a US number, as of 2026-10-18. See all prices.
Which countries are available?
14 countries have a page: see numbers by country. The checkout shows the stock at the time you rent.
Can I choose the exact number or area code?
No, the number is assigned from stock in the country you choose.
Can the number make calls or send texts?
No. It receives SMS only.
Account and payment
Do I need an ID?
No ID document, no selfie, no proof of address. An email and a password are enough. See the no-KYC policy.
Which coins do you accept?
BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20 or TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20), SOL and LTC. Top up from $10.
How long does a top-up take?
It is credited once the payment is confirmed on its blockchain, which depends on the network and how busy it is.
Does my balance expire?
No. It stays on your account for future rentals; it is not sent back to a wallet, except where the law requires it.
During and after a rental
How do I keep the same number?
Renew from the rental page before the end date.
What happens after the end date?
The number is no longer reserved for you and may be rented to someone else later. Change it on your accounts first.
What if a service refuses the number?
Services decide which numbers they accept. If the number receives no SMS at all, support reviews it under the refund policy.
Can I use a rented number for my bank?
We advise against it. Banks and government services often require a number in your name, and a rental ends.
Can I rent several numbers at once?
Yes. Each rental is separate, with its own number, end date and messages.
Is there an app or an API?
No. Texts are read in the web dashboard, on a computer or a phone.
Who can see the texts my number receives?
You, in your account, and our staff when needed to run the service or answer you. The privacy policy has the details.
What is not allowed?
Fraud, impersonation, harassment and breaking other services' rules. See the acceptable use policy.
